Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate technical support to clients.
• Check and resolve issues related to our software products.
• Provide technical assistance for updates.
• Conduct user training and create a user manual..
• Report the complaints to the development team and resolve them.
• Keep in touch with existing users and ensure user satisfaction.

Skills

• Experience in a technical support role
• Experience with installing, configuring, and updating software products.
• Must have problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a good relationship with customers.
